Unfortunately, the albergue is closed. Today is the 15th of October. Next place to sleep is in Triacastela…
Fabulous, small, modern, clean albergue with beautiful terrace, garden, hammocks and stunning views of the surrounding fields and mountains. The Hospitalera (Yolanda) was so helpful, easy-going and welcoming, it was a gift of the Camino to stay here.
Lovely, simple dining area; use of the microwave and fridge; washing machine (3€) and, if you want to eat out, great café/bar opposite. It serves teas, coffees, alcohol, cakes, raciones and good Pilgrim Menu. Also opens at 7am and serves lovely breakfast with perfect Spanish tostadas. Stayed here August 2021.
Beautiful, clean and modern albergue. Nice rooms and bunks with big warm blankets.
Washer and dryer 3/1 €. Two showers for 22 beds with strong spray and good hot water.
Very nice restaurant/bar directly across the street, or cook your own in compact kitchen.
When we got there on July 25th, the Albergue and the bar were closed. If you plan to close your day in Filioba, I suggest to call to see whether it is open. It is another 4km decline to Triacastela from there, which can be quite a hike at the end of a long day
