Currently run by ex-Pilgrims who grow most of their own food. They make their own juices (the Orange & Ginger is very refreshing after the climb up from Las Herrerias). Their dormitory has 8 bunks with loads of room , exceptional head-room with ladders that are very kind to weary feet! They cater for Vegans and a good selection of allergies. It's 1.5 hour walk to the summit. They encourage late departing.
