You have to collect a key from the tourist office about 5 minute walk from the albergue first which assigns you a bed. It closes at 1:30pm so aim for before then or it reopens at 5pm however it is likely that it will be full by then as there are only 16 beds. The ocean view from the albergue is probably the best view from an albergue so far along the way!

I called the number listed above and I believe he said the albergue is closed for the summer and that I would need to find a hotel. I was disappointed since I walked extra far today to stay at the albergue. Note that my Spanish is not the best, so you should call to verify before walking here specifically for the albergue.

We went to the tourist office today for the keys and were told the albergue is closed until 15/06/2023.

Nice little albergue with microwave and hot water kettle. Right on the camino and next to the beach. Nice quaint little town too with great beaches and a natural swimming pool. Great place for a day of rest too!

Small addition to my previous comment: there are 2 bathrooms (1 women and 1 men) that both consists of 1 toilet and 2 showers, but there was no hot water when we stayed there.

This albergue is open from the 1st of july till 30 september. The albergue itself feels very crowded and the kitchen consists of a microwave and some plates but no sink, so you have to get water from the sink in the bathroom (where people will afterwards also clean their dishes). The microwave etc. is also in the same room as the beds, so keep that in mind if you are an early sleeper / wish to wake up later. The ocean view from the albergue however is magnificent, which is why most people choose to stay here. Also the town is nice, has some good places to go out for dinner / supermarket and has another beach with sand to swim.

Just came here and it's open. Also looks nice. No food in albergue but some nice restaurants and beaches around.
