This is a great Albergue with a big room with bunk beds, as well as private rooms. It is clean, comfortable and the family that operates it, does it with enjoyment and passion.

I would recommend this Albergue!

Stayed in a private room out the back in a renovated small house, very basic but everything you need, beds were comfortable and had hot water for a shower.
Stayed for the pilgrims menu which was lovely the first course soup was great.
Seems to be run by a family and they work really hard to make it a nice stay!

Stayed here as feet still in recovery mode. The hosts were lovely. Did not have the dinner but the food , but food smelt great. Stayed in the dorm room. Was good. Only wish the bunk beds were not so low. Kept hitting my head. There is a small grocery store in town. Only issue for this stay is that women toilet stopped working, when I told owner said it would get fixed.

I hadn't anticipated staying in San Martin, but I'm pleased I did! This was a lovely space, good beds, lots of private rooms, and a delicious dinner! No options for the 2nd course, but it didn't matter! At the end of the meal he also presented each table with a couple of bottles of liquer, which was a fun way you end the night.

Very sweet and nice couple. Gave me lots of blankets and the coffee was as wonderful as the other reviews

Great hospitality. Large cup of coffee. Generous portions. If walking early worth the stop.

Camino de Sant…

We arrived here wet and cold only to discover no heat and all the doors wide open. It was a very dismal day. The staff were nice and even made me soup, but I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was just too tired to walk further. We had a reservation and I regretted it. No real town, no heat, bad wi fi, small dingy showers and squeaky beds.

Camino de Sant…

Only ate here and had a couple drinks. Service good, food was good and generous

Camino de Sant…

Still no heat, but very clean and heavy blankets provided. The 9€ Pilgrims Meal was delicious and plentiful. After dessert, the owners sponsored a. Outlet of rounds of Grappa tha elevated the already happy crowd. Helpful and friendly staff, I will stay here when I return
