Lovely communal dinner, hammocks-glad I stopped before Estella!

Charming and unique place to stay. The hammocks on the shaded terrace are the perfect place to rest weary feet. The kind, warm new owners, who fell in love with the albergue while staying here during their 18 (!!) caminos and dreamed of buying it one day, make a delicious, filling 4 course vegetarian communal meal. There are only single beds, no bunk beds, divided into 4 different rooms with several beds in each. Worth a stop before Estella!

Great little oasis before Estella! Very clean and no bunks! stayed in a room with 5 beds. The paella is fantastic and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The courtyard has a tiny pool but what I liked most were the hammocks. Definitely worth a stay! June 2019

The new owners of Casa Magica take its special reputation as a stellar albergue seriously. Great place, well kept, good vegetarian meal.
Wish the new owners well.

A really good albergue. Great courtyard with lines for drying clothes, washer and dryer (3 euro each). No bunks. Dinner at albergue was 3 course salad, paella and dessert.

The best albergue on the camino for us. The dorm is set up so the beds are separated into private pairs. No bunks! Pilgrim dinner was absolutely delicious. The courtyard was amazing to relax with the pool and hammocks

What a charming place. There were single beds. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of shower stalls and toilets. There is a washer and dryer as well as a clothes line. The vegetarian paella was really good and a great communal experience and so was the breakfast. I paid 32 euros for a bed, dinner and breakfast. I used booking.com. The hosts were very welcoming and there was a nice smell of incense in the building. Not overpowering so don’t worry about allergies. If you are interested you can participate in yoga that is offered to the community on a regular basis.

The private double room €60 on the 3rd floor has the toilet and shower INSIDE the room so if you're traveling with a friend beware there is no privacy. Great alburgue
