Large albergue, though sleeping areas are kind of quartered off instead of the huge open room they had in the past, its still open overhead to everyone else in the same room. But its also part of the pilgrim experience. A couple restaurants in town, along with a pilgrim blessing at the nearby church. I was there 16 sept 2020 during covid times so far less people than a normal season, but very well kept and clean. Also an elevator (lift) if needed.

A different experience. Huge place with Bunks open to entire dorm so the snoring carries from many rows over. Clean and modern. Nicely kept. Good staff. Very organized.

Just great for the size it’s amazing! It’s so clean, great design. I love the lockers. Ladies notice there’s separate showers and bathrooms so you’re not like my sister showering in the men’s room haha. Great stay 3 Camino’s now!

If you want to buy and cook your own food you will need to walk an extra 2km each way to the shop. There are some well stocked bending machines at the refugio. It's a great place. An excellent stop.

It is not working anymore. Doors closed, the welcome board covered in black plastic bag. No letters, no signs, nothing.

For such a large facility, it is very organized and clean. You will need a euro to use the locker in your sleeping area. It is given back to you when you open the door to your locker, but you will need it to lock the door to your locker. The showers are clean and the water was hot. Dinner was nice, the light breakfast I chose left a lot to be desired. I should have ordered the full breakfast. There’s more food, but it’s still on the continental breakfast style of food. The Pilgrims evening Mass and blessing were well attended and nice. It was mostly in Spanish with a few moments when the priest would say something in English.

Great place to stay. Good kitchen facilities if you plan to cook your own meal. Everyone who works at the albergue are very helpful. The bunk beds and toilets are very well maintained and clean.
