With a feel like Old Spain, the rooms are well appointed with VERY comfortable mattresses, fine linens, fluffy towels. Bathrooms are exceptionally nice with outstanding showers! Laundry is convenient; restaurant/bar is outstanding; patio area is comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Had a double room with shared bath. Very clean, charming decor. Staff is fantastic. Dinner was delicious. Our room included towels, a chocolate, and foot cream. Great value. Highly recommended.

We paid 19€ for bunk.

There were only 3 people staying in the dorm so it was heaven.

Clean, private. Great backyard for chilling.

Clean and modern dorm, privacy shades on each of the beds along with outlets and individual lights. Greeted with a bottle of water and a chocolate on the bed! Bathrooms were modern and included shower gel along with a hair dryer. Courtyard is relaxing with many options for sitting. Great at and the pilgrims menu featured local specialities. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Warm, welcoming, comfortable beds, good facilities and great bar and food, enjoyed by both pilgrims and locals. Really great service too!

It’s a cute place with nice touches. Good service, decent food, the private room was small but comfortable.

Had a room of 5 , structured like a family room ( one double behind closed doors and 3 singles ( not bunks) ). It was clean and comfortable. Welcomed with candy, water , foot massage cream and 2 towels on the bed and a bowl of fruits in the dresser . Good room , would be back .
The bar and restaurant are good too .

When we arrived after 30 km on the Camino we received a lovely greeting with the hostess. She showed us to a lovely "matrimonial" room in the old hotel area. The room has a comfortable double bed and enough room to spread thing's from our backpacks. The entry door to our room opened into another room with three beds. We had to go through this other room to access or leave our room which was no big deal to us after staying at so many dorm style alburgues. The shared bathrooms were very clean with great hot water in the shower and good water pressure. The beer and wine choices at the bar were very good. They have onec washer and one dryer but we elected to handwash our clothes and hang them in the back that had a lot of racks to hang dry clothes. Ŵe arrived late to the alburge and all of the clothes drying racks were taken so we used the clothesline that we had in our packs. Dinner portions were very good for 12 euros and very tasty as well. It was interesting that wine was not included in the cost of dinner like most alburgues. We slept great in our matrimonial room that was very quiet. We bought their breakfast which ran us about 4 euros each for cafe, pastry and spanish tortilla.

We loved our stay at La Morena and would definitely stay there again!!
