We loved Everything about this place. From the moment we stepped through the gate and was met by David, Kira,Cecilia and Oreo the dog. We were treated like old friends and made to feel very welcome and that they were really happy to have us there. Our bedroom with 2 bunk beds and private shower and toilet was very spacious and spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The highlight of a our stay was the food. We sat down with David Kira & Cecilia and had the most amazing meal of mixed salad , a large plate of tomatoes and mozzarella on a bed of rocket and the very best pizza’s we have tasted washed down with a couple of beers and wine. The best meal by far that we have had in the 25 days we have been walking the Camino De Santiago.
Please do your self a favor and try out this place. In our opinion this is by far the best place we have stopped at on the Camino. Even if you don’t want to stay the night at least stop and try the delicious pizzas and the warm welcome you will receive from them at Vagabond vieiras you won’t be disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and stay at Vagabond Vieiras. The coolest and sweetest hosts. Dinner is included in the price and it is the absolut best meal I have got on the Camino.
The rooms are new, modern and clean.
Highly recommended😊

If you need a place to stay it’s totally fine. It doesn’t really have a comfortable hang out zone. You can sit out front at the pizza restaurant and have a beverage and relax, but it’s still on the road in front of a pizza shop. The food is great, Oreo the dog is the star of the show, and beds and bathroom were clean. Overall a fine stay. 6/10

Camino de Sant…

Such a kind energy, fantastic food, beautiful quiet atmosphere. I felt so at home here. Oreo is a great pooch to welcome you. After a long day, coming in to this albergue completely made the long walk worth it.

Camino de Sant…

Very lovely stay, very attentive service and friendliness from multi-lingual hosts who put their guests first (above walk-in locals).and were warm and welcoming even to soggy pilgrims. David's pizza and churros were great!

Stayed here June 7 and I’m so glad I did! Super chill vibe, got my laundry done, ate some dang good pizza (the dough is what’s up, David has nailed that recipe), got a good nights sleep (went for the single bed) and got to pet Oreo who is the goodest boy! Definitely make a stop here if you can. It was a solid rest before heading up to O Cebreiro. I felt welcome and cared for here!

Camino de Sant…

This albergue is at the far edge of town, easy to think you've walked past it! Fantastic vibe and amazing food. David and Kira are so welcoming and provide such a unique albergue experience. Clean, new decor and beds, amazing food. I spent a little extra for a single bed (not a bunk) and had a great night's sleep. Laundry facilities too. Worth stopping by!

Camino de Sant…

David and Kira were the most amazing hospitaleros/hosts that I have encountered in my 28 days on the Camino
Frances. It was super clean, inviting and comfortable. While there we had a sudden downpour. David quickly checked all windows and floors to make sure we were all safe. The dinner was a team effort from David and Kira. Excellent food and service. As an added touch they joined us for dinner after dinner I took one of the nicest hot showers I have had on the Camino. Thank you David and Kira!

Camino de Sant…

You can be forgiven for walking past Vagabond Vieiras/ Rock and Roll Pizza. But don’t. David and his team have a warm welcome and created a friendly atmosphere. Comfortable beds and even fresh bed linens ( not the scratchy paper stuff ) Wait till dinner. WOW.
Fresh imaginative salads with a balsamic drizzled dressing.
AND the tastiest pizzas I’ve ever eaten. It doesn’t stop there. Breakfast was churros (cooked in front of you) with a cup of the silkiest smoothest thick chocolate to dip into.
I don’t recommend places unless I want to go back.
Trust me. Roger (Scotland)

Camino de Sant…

I stayed here May 23 and out of the many albergues I have been to since St-Jean-Pied-de-Port, this was one my favorites. Lovely atmosphere, amazing dinner (very very good pizza, delicious salad, yummy garlic bread with dip and lovely icecream for dessert), comfortable beds, clean surroundings - overall a really good experience. The best part was how friendly and welcoming Liam and David were. For information, they have 5 single beds (15 euro) and 2 bunk beds with 4 beds (12 euro). Dinner costs 15 euro and totally worth the money. They have a washing machine and dryer. I highly recommend this place 🙏
