I was in the previous town and wanted to be sure of a place to stay. I called and they had enough English to confirm that they had a room... private room with common bathroom... 30 euros. Check in at the bar/restaurant at the bottom of the hill, across from the water supply... and note that the potable water is in the back of the supply... a small spigot in back. The sign seems to indicate that the water in front isNOT potable... but locals drink it... great evening... I ate at the bar and it was fine. Nice lady behind the bar. I would recommend it.
Arrived here in a rainy and cold day, turned out to be a cozy place. You have to collect the key from the hostess in the bar, dinner and breakfast are also provided there.
Not too many options for this town but La Plaza was a good one. I would stay there again. You need to do meals down at Bar Sevilla but that is not a bad option and is near a fountain and you can watch peregrinos stumbling by.
