Beautiful, clean, simple, traditional albergue with lots of history and grounds that roll down to the river (and steps into it, so you can easily paddle and bathe on hot days!)
Solid bunks, separate shower block (but toilets and sinks near to dorms), plenty of lines to hang washing, kitchen and dining room.
Loved it, with good cafe/bar within metres, serving tasty pilgrim menu for 12€ and open for breakfast from 7am.
If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Arzúa, this is the stop (just a few kms before) for you :-).
You can put your tent in the garden and use all the facilities for €8.
Warm water is just warm enough.
They have laundry and dryer machines.
Just around the corner is plenty of food eat in the Resto.
Staff are friendly. Facilities are pretty basic but shower buttons don’t let the showers go on for very long. Bunk beads. Standard value for 6 euros.
Simple, basic, smooth operation.
