The tourism office in Ribadeo has said that the albegue is open and key is available at Bar Pena nearby.
But it was wrong. The albergue is closed and there is no key at the bar. I have to stay in Hotel Casa Domingo 2 km away, and some peregeinos had to take taxi to San Xusto.

Arrived and closed in high season. Asked the bar, they said not open.

The Municipal and private albuergue are directly behind each other. The municipial seems to be closed. The private one is open and seemed to be clean. On the next morning there were a lot of dead bugs on the floor (counted 10). The people there are not super friendly but it is okay to stay there one night. Would definitely rather recommend to stay in ribadeo.
