Albergue de peregrinos La Isla

Since the hostel is closed I suggest the new albergue La Pumarada in Caravia, just a couple of km before la Isla, follow the indications on the road to reach this albergue.
Price is 12€, bedroom and bathroom are new and clean!

Closed in 2019, I called for a reservation and they told me it has been closed for the last two years

we recommend the albergue La Pumarada in Caravia (a few km before La Isla), 10 euro, run by a young family, no kitchen but you can use the kettle or microwave in the bar

The dormitory is not exactly the most beautiful or newest, without any atmosphere.
there is a kitchen and eventhou it's missing a few things, at least there is one.
On the 27th of sept. 2016 i had bedbugs there.
and fleas too, because there is a cat coming in the evening that loves to play with the pilgrims shoes and it's full of fleas.
Others had no problems at all, so i probably just had the worst luck in the world.
I am just suggesting to take some precautions.
