Camino de Sant…

Last minute reservation for 3 people travelling together.
We were fully aware at €14 each that this would be standard accommodation. However what a surprise!
Cold, dusty, electricity clicking on and off, thin mattresses, unclean blankets, thin linen barely enough toilet paper.
We were in the overflow barn. Young staff working there tried their best.

Camino de Sant…

I read prior notes and was a bit anxious about this place but it was a good place to stay. I did not opt in to dinner or breakfast, but a friend did and she said it was quite good. I had them do laundry and it took too long and was not dry. All that said, I liked the place and would recommend it.

Camino de Sant…

The rooms are overcrowded, the bathrooms have lots of mildew and no ventilation. The dinner, which cost €10 was the most disappointing thing ever. Okay salad, followed by whatever the Spanish version of Dinty More canned stew and three canned pineapple rings for dessert. I hate this place so much.

Camino de Sant…

The check-in was very friendly and prompt, so the laundry service. But so many beds in the room, that we couldn’t close the door. It was very loud the whole afternoon and evening till 23.30 hrs. No rest or closing time at 22.00 o’clock. (Very nice for young people though!)
The dinner/breakfast room is very tide as well. And the breakfast for €5 is not fresh, so very overrated.
But again, the people are very friendly!

Camino de Sant…

This place was a very pleasant surprise. It doesn’t seem like much, but we really enjoyed the city and Albergue. The workers were helpful and friendly. My husband and I decided to take dinner here and I quickly had doubts. It seemed like a place that would give us spaghetti with water or something cheap and frozen. I was completely wrong. The dinner was fantastic. I was so happy to be proven wrong. The workers served us like waitresses at a nice restaurant and we had a delicious 3 course meal. They even gave my husband and I a bottle of wine for the table. We were so pleased with our stay. We also opted for a private room and it was only 14 euros for a spacious private space. It wasn’t anything fancy, but perfect for a little privacy and relaxation. I was not expecting much from this place, but I am happy to give it a very positive review!!!!

Camino de Sant…

Easy check in, rooms a bit crowded and hot, no warm water in the shower, no sheet (even disposable) provided. Fine overall.

Camino de Sant…

Small simple albergue but gives a place to stay and sleep. I was able to get my clothes washed. I really like the lockers they have. I was here in the quiet covid season sept 2020 but It may end up a little crowded and noisy during regular times. Still was a good place for a Camino night.

Camino de Sant…

This place is clean and the young man who checked me in spoke English. He did a load of laundry for me too. I stayed in a private room with bathroom and it was great. From here to Burgos is an easy walk.
